Contracts & Payment Policy
Thank you so much for wanting to work with Daysha/The Yes Queen brand on a sponsored campaign/promotion. In order to ensure the most fruitful and positive relationship experience, Daysha requests that you review and honor the following expectations she has put forth in regards to contracts and payment before reaching out with a campaign/promotion proposal or signing a contract. Failure to comply after a contract has been signed could result in payment penalties, and/or legal action.
Daysha appreciates your business, and hopes to build a long-lasting relationship with you and your brand!
Daysha reserves, at minimum, 3 days to thoroughly review any project/collaboration proposals or contracts. A response could be offered in less time, but this is to ensure that the proper time for review is allotted before a decision is needed.
For projects paying above $1,000, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 business days after the date the contract is signed. For projects paying below $1,000, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 business days after the date the contract is signed.
Payment for services rendered are expected 30 days after the last day of service by Daysha/The Yes Queen brand (unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract). Starting on the 31st day after services rendered, if payment has not been received at the designated location, a 5% interest rate will accrue each day on any unpaid balances until the balance is paid.
Daysha reserves the right to remove any sponsored promotion/campaign materials from her social media accounts/website, starting on the 31st day after services rendered if payment has not been received, and that she is under no obligation to put them back up after payment has been received due to breech of contract.
Once a contract has been signed, Daysha reserves the right to claim up to 50% of the proposed rate as damages should the promotion fall through due to the brand’s negligence (not sending materials, not honoring deadlines, lack of communication).
Once a contract has been signed, Daysha reserves the right to claim 30% of the proposed rate as damages for expected income should the promotion be cancelled/project terminated.
Again, to ensure the most fruitful and positive relationship experience, Daysha asks that you come to the negotiation table with the ability to honor the outlined terms above. Daysha and her team put a lot of care into delivering a high quality promotional experience for you and your brand, and desire to only work with brands that are able to be timely, courteous, and professional.
For any follow up questions about payment or contracts, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Honest Review Policy
Prior to developing Yes Queen, Daysha worked at BuzzFeed as a video producer and on-camera personality. While at BuzzFeed, some of Daysha's most popular videos were those in which she reviewed certain brands/products. Viewers always loved her honesty, attention to detail, authenticity and thoughtfulness. Daysha always went the extra mile in testing out various products in order to ensure that viewers got the most accurate understanding as to how well these products would integrate into their lives. From which leggings were the best for thick girls to trying out DNA fitness, Daysha has always been down to try new and emerging products with the needs of her audience in mind.
Daysha plans to continue to bring that same energy, honesty, and thoughtfulness to Yes Queen product reviews, and would like to make clear to any potential brand partners that any paid product review (including products that are given as payment):
Must be fully disclosed to the audience at the beginning of any content created
Must give Daysha the appropriate amount of time** to review any products with claims of increase value over time (i.e. if the product/service claims to take 2 weeks to work, Daysha will need 2 weeks to review the product/service). It should be noted that Daysha will not promote claims that cannot be verified or substantiated based on her review.
** Deposit must be paid before review process can begin. If you are unsatisfied with Daysha’s assessment, you may reserve the right to terminate the partnership, but will be subjected to a cancellation fee.
Product Review vs Promotion
Product Review: a thorough, honest, and reflective commentary on the pros and cons of your product. Can in the form of a video, blog post, social media post, etc. Paid product reviews do not guarantee a positive review. All product reviews are created with honesty and fairness in mind.
Promotion: an advertisement in which Daysha will showcase the benefits of your product. Can in the form of a video, blog post, social media post, etc. All promotions must be fully disclosed to the audience at the beginning of any content created.
